Teacher Bio

Education Philosophy - I have a passion for students and a passion for Agriculture and I was fortunate enough to blend those two passions in Agricultural Education. It has always been my philosophy to try and reach every student that walks the halls of the school. As a teacher I am so much more than just an in classroom teacher I am a role model to the students. In this philosophy I am teaching students about agriculture, leadership and life.

 

Education - 

Bachelors of Science - Auburn University 1998

 

Professional Experience - 

I have taught Agricultural Education for 22 years. I taught 2 years in Early County and I have taught 20 years in Crawford County.

 

Personal - 

I grew up in a small rural community, Opp, Alabama. I have lived in Crawford County for 18 years and am married to life long Crawford County resident April Spillers. April and I have 4 children, Kaitlin, Sydney, Audrey and Landon.
