Teacher Bio
Educational Philosophy |
My name is Sarah Rebecca Tharpe, and it is both a great privilege and responsibility to educate the young leaders of the world. As an educator, it is my duty to help students develop critical thinking skills, to encourage them to reach their full potential, and to create a safe learning environment that allows students to take academic risks. It is my ambition to instill into all my students that they are important, capable of succeeding, and accepted as an individual in society. I will always give my students my best and expect them to reciprocate. Together, we can all be successful! |

Personal |
I grew up in Roberta, Georgia and attended schools in Crawford County from preK-12. I graduated from Crawford County High School in 2012. I currently live in Macon, but Crawford County is still home for me. I enjoy reading, traveling, fishing, painting, and playing with my 5-year-old son. |
