If you purchased an item from the middle school FFA Southern Heritage Meats fundraiser, orders will be at CCMHS on November 10th.
Pickup will be in Mrs. Willard's room, A119, from 3:30 - 6:00pm. Park next to the middle school greenhouse and enter the side door. Students will be there to greet you.

Our CCMHS Key Club chapter is hosting a food drive to support Chester Community Food Bank! 🍅🥑
Help us give back to our community by donating non-perishable items such as canned food, soup, peanut butter, cereal, pasta, rice, oatmeal, boxed meals, etc. Donations are due Wednesday, November 18th.
Crawford County Elementary and Middle High School are proud to partner with Sandy Hook Promise's Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (ARS) to help keep our students and school community safe.
Our students will receive training on November 12th to learn how to recognize warning signs and properly use the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System. This training will help students understand when and how to speak up if they see or hear something concerning.

Congratulations to Ms. Collins for being awarded a Bright Ideas Grant from Flint Energies! ⭐The grant will be used to purchase a 3D printer for printing specialized models and hands-on manipulatives for AP Biology students.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of one of our students, Chelsea. Chelsea, a senior at Crawford County High School, passed away at her home in the early morning hours of November 1st.
We ask that you keep Chelsea’s family in your thoughts and prayers, and that you surround them with kindness and support in the days ahead.
Those who knew Chelsea will remember her as fun-loving and full of joy. She loved puzzles and always had a smile to share. She also had a stubborn streak that never failed to bring a smile to all our faces. Chelsea had a way of brightening every room she was in, and her spirit touched students and staff alike.
She will be deeply missed, and we are all better because we shared time and love with her.
Counselors and support staff will be available for students and staff who need someone to talk to. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Just a reminder that scoliosis screening is required for ALL students in the 6th and 8th grades. We will perform this screening THIS WEDNESDAY, November 4th at 8:00am. Please see the following parent letter for more information: https://aptg.co/55gV9R

The form should be returned to the school prior to November 4th. If your student doesn't return the opt-out form, they will participate in the screening.

Our Construction students competed at the Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC) Skills Challenge Series this past week. They worked hard in the areas of blueprint reading, masonry, and plumbing. We're super proud of these students stepping out and showing off the hands-on skills they're learning in class! 🚧🏗
